Thai Peanut Sauce
Thai Peanut Sauce is a coconut milk based sauce with spicy Red Thai Chili and creamy peanut butter combined over heat make this a particularly addictive blend of flavors. Its heat level rises but doesn’t overshadow food flavors. We love stir-frying fresh vegetables with succulent shrimp and tossing them in this Thai Peanut Sauce. We serve it over steamed rice or Pad Thai noodles and finish the dish with crushed cashews or peanuts. Switching shrimp out with pot stickers or chicken works magically also.
For a new twist, deep fry pot stickers and drizzle them with Stephani’s Thai Peanut Sauce and Stephani’s Sweet Thai Chili Sauce. And, of course a healthy dusting of crushed cashews! Fabulous!
Alaskan Halibut is excellent crusted in sesame seeds, grilled in sesame oil and then drizzled with Thai Peanut Sauce!
