Island Coleslaw Dressing

Want a new and refreshing twist on an old not so favorite-sorry I never liked grandma’s
coleslaw; try this coleslaw dressing. While Island Coleslaw still contains mayonnaise, the
addition of rice wine vinegar and apple cider vinegar with pineapple, orange and lime juices makes this dressing sing. Toss thin sliced cabbage in Island Coleslaw dressing and top it with almonds and sesame seeds at your next picnic or gathering.

It’s a great side dish to serve with fish and chips.

Chef Eric always used this coleslaw as a major component of his street tacos-just combined it with Cajun Creole Spice cod or Steak simmered in his Caribbean Jerk Sauce and wrap it in your favorite tortilla. In short it’s a flavor party in your mouth!
