Garam Masala

A warm blend of sweet and savory Indian spices. The heat is provided by toasted peppercorns, red chili and cumin while the savory notes are filled by bay leaves, cloves and coriander.  It finishes with sweetness from cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and nutmeg.  An excellent ingredient for savory soups.  Garam Masala is often used in lentil dishes, but also pairs well with beef stews and chicken sautés.

Garam Masala is full of spices that reduce inflammation, level blood sugar, aid digestion and support cardiovascular health.
