Simply dredge a boneless salmon filet in Stephani's Cajun Spice and place it in a small amount of oil on a flat grill. The sugars in the spice will caramelize and create a nice crust on the fish. Make your favorite style of pasta Alfredo and place the salmon filet on top. Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan and serve with a side of toasted garlic bread.
