Cajun Pepper Jack Prime Steak
Your guests will really enjoy this steak. We have sold these for years and the customer response is fantastic.Slice a prime steak right off the cooked prime rib and dredge with Stephani's Cajun spice. Grill steak on high so that the sugars in the Cajun spice caramelize and leave a nice crust. Top with pepper jack cheese and melt. Serve on a large platter with potato and fresh vegetables.
Smokin' Joe's Special Scramble
Maybe the best Joe's Special you will ever eat, you start with a small amount of oil in a sauté pan and add some fresh chopped garlic, caramelized sweet onions, mushrooms, and ground beef. When the beef is just about cooked, add some Cajun spice and some fresh spinach. Immediately add some whipped eggs and cook until eggs are light and fluffy. Place on a platter and top with mixed cheese. Serve with home-fried potatoes and toast.
Cajun Chicken Caesar
Caesar salad Cajun Spice Recipes
Dredge a bread of chicken in Cajun spice and grill with a small amount of oil. When fully cooked, place chicken on a cutting board and slice into eating-size strips. Place over a crisp Caesar salad and top with garlic croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Cajun Wild Sockeye Salmon over Alfredo Pasta
Simply dredge a boneless salmon filet in Stephani's Cajun Spice and place it in a small amount of oil on a flat grill. The sugars in the spice will caramelize and create a nice crust on the fish. We developed this Cajun recipe at Stephani's Main Street Café in Monroe, Washington in 1993. Since then, we've been creating all kinds of unique recipes using this Cajun mix. This Cajun seasoning has a sweet, salty, spicy, smoky flavor that come alive when cooked into, or grilled onto, our food.
